• Mah Sing Group Berhad was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1992 and ventured into property development in 1994. We are Malaysia’s leading property developer at the forefront of building quality homes and prime commercial projects in strategic locations.

• We are one of Malaysia’s fully integrated developers with landed and high-rise residential, commercial and industrial developments. The Group currently has 47 projects in Greater Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, Penang, Johor as well as Sabah.

• The Group also unveiled its official employee volunteer group, M’Power earlier which will provide a platform for Mah Sing employees to volunteer through Mah Sing’s charity arm, Mah Sing Foundation. With Mah Sing having undergone a group-wide transformation in 2017, Mah Sing strives not only to enhance the lives of its buyers, but also of the surrounding community.

• Mah Sing Foundation has been actively assisting underserved communities since 2005 and has centered its effort on children through its three key pillars which are Education, Health and Wellbeing and Community Development. In 2018 alone, Mah Sing Foundation has supported over 40 schools, non-government organizations and communities across Malaysia through various educational and community support programmes. Through the establishment of M’Power, Mah Sing employees will be able to support programmes under Mah Sing Foundation in a more efficient and effective way.
