We are an organisation that is absolute, ranging from our dedicated sales and marketing division that focuses on primary projects, corporate client servicing division and consultancy cum advisory division that has secured jobs on retainer basis from large-scale real estate companies in Malaysia. Esprit Estate Agent is one of the very few agencies that has successfully penetrated in selling developers’ primary projects in Malaysia as early as Year 2000.
We envision ourselves as marathon runners. It is not just the distance coverage of the race but the journey of each and every one of our associates and our clients endeavours. Building people and building relationships remain our forté, thus, simultaneously preserving sustenance of loyalty among associates. Esprit Estate Agent is founded by Aldrin Tan being the Principal and Managing Director in the Year 2000. Aldrin has encompassed close to three decades of experience in the real estate industry. His passion is perpetual in constant diversification, adaptation and versatility. Aldrin has mastered the skill of strength and expertise in the field of project marketing, strategic marketing, product re-packaging, and industrial & commercial sector. Being an award-winning agency also render boast and triumph that accentuate with our efforts and achievements. We are constantly expanding and growing our team to greater extent with the intention of furthering our desire to fulfil our clients’ needs and interests with their ventures and investments.
