Having grown up in Damansara, naturally it has become my area of focus. Being able to provide first hand insights of the living advantages in this area has given me the competitive advantage to assist my clients in understanding the area better. I do not believe in making a decision before thoroughly understanding the surroundings of the neighbourhood. This is because I understand and respect that purchasing a property is a big decision for most, if not all individuals and therefore it is my priority to assist them to be able to make a non-hurried, confident and most importantly, well informed decision. It is also important to me that both the home buyer and owner are blissful at the end of the deal as while it is the beginning of their new home for the buyer, it is the end of the chapter for the owner. In either case, it is important to have fond memories.
