Since its incorporation in 1974, S P Setia has been a household name in the property development industry. The Group is recognised as one of Malaysia’s leading listed real estate players with a portfolio that encompasses townships, eco-sanctuaries, luxury enclaves, high-rise residences, commercial and retail developments. Harnessing the potential of 2,300-strong Team Setia members embracing its livelearnworkplay development philosophy, S P Setia continues to be the forefront of branding in the property industry; widening its range of products which cater to people across different segments of society.

Today, The Group has emerged as a strong and diversified award-winning multi-disciplinary property developer in Malaysia. S P Setia is the only Malaysian developer to have received ten FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and eleven FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards. In 2018, S P Setia was ranked No.1 in The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards for a record-breaking 11th time, the only developer to have achieved this feat since the inception of the awards. The Group is also recognised for its effort in building a robust team with its 9-time AON Best Employers Malaysia Award.

The Group is well-established and has an extensive presence in the three key economic centres of Malaysia, namely Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang and also has a project in Sabah. Its international reach now includes six countries which are Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, China, the United Kingdom and Japan where the group successfully developed high quality residential, commercial spaces and integrated developments.

S P Setia and Star Media Group have rallied together once again this year to call for a National Kindness Week to be observed every first week of April as part of their #StandTogether kindness movement. Initiated by S P Setia and Star Media Group’s award-winning R.AGE team last year in response to the torrent of bullying cases, the campaign succeeded in registering over 730 schools and 900 teachers for the first National Kindness Week in April last year.
