Crafting Brilliance in the South

The StarProperty Awards: Jewels of Johor is homage paid to real estate developers who have contributed to the growth of the state of Johor's real estate industry. As Johor transforms into Malaysia’s new global epicentre, we celebrate the visionaries who are redefining the southern landscape.

From iconic buildings and environmentally-friendly developments to integrated townships, these awards acknowledge the quality products that build the foundation of our society. Through the combined efforts of the industry stakeholders, investors, entrepreneurs and homebuyers, the property developers honoured in these awards are recognised for their outstanding performance year after year.
